So jealous of Bekah's uggs!

Amazing that this adorable little creature threw a FIT, I mean F.I.T. outside of Old Navy today. Screaming, crying, arching the back, refusing to be comforted. Finally I carried her away like a sack of potatos on my hip. So humiliating!

this and that

Reading Daddy's commentary on the minor prophets (upside down). I love this picture!
Visiting Santa Clause at Nestle Tollhouse Cafe...she was NOT happy with this situation.
So scared!

There was a little girl...

who had a little curl, right in the middle of her forehead. WHen she was good she was very good, and when she was bad she was horrid. I thought of that today when I made her curl...but don't worry, she's not too horrid. :)

It's Christmas time in Livermore...the lights are up, fake snow was trucked into downtown yesterday for the CHristmas parade, my feet were cold in my flipflops last night, and I felt a little chilly today walking downtown in my jeans and sweater. :) We got our tree today (only $29)! Curtis' Dad and Stepmom came with us, and Bekah was eating up running around the tree lot and having lots of attention.

Here's Bek's fun fake one year old smile. So great.

Getting ready for the Christmas dinner...the cute dress thanks to Randy and Nancy! SOO cute on her, guys-thanks! Good pick. :)

Trying on glasses and eating from a spoon

Bekah is learning to eat with a spoon...hooray!

Curtis' family was in town and it was so good to see everyone! Here he is with his sisters, Auntie Megan and Auntie Erin. Love you girls!

Family pictures

This is Bekah's face when you ask her to smile. It's awesome. She did it yesterday for the first time and we laughed so hard!

Trick or Treat!

Going to Grandma Fields' house...

Wow, look at the candy!

Trying to get a good picture with baby Rowan...as you can see, it didn't happen.

Rowan with Meagan and Garrett...they dressed up as white trash. Perhaps not politically correct, but quite funny!

Our little pink poodle!

Curtis asked me tonight if it was child extortion to put her in a costume and take her out near her bedtime to go trick or treating to get candy she can't even eat....he may be right, but I'm ok with it! :)

First Play doh

I'm not sure who had more fun-Curtis or Bekah. :)

Smelling the play doh.

Silly Daddy!

Wow, Jane, 2 blogs in 2 days. Amazing! :)

Fall

Bekah and I had fun at the pumpkin patch today...she ran around and was much more interested in the grass and discarded pumpkin stems than anything else.
She mostly climbed OUT of the fun red wagon, even when it was moving.
So happy to be playing with her stuffed animals!

I think this is so sweet.

Blowing bubbles.

OH, we love her!

A few fun pics

Bekah LOVES, I mean LOVES dogs. She literally shreeks with joy when she sees them and points them out from a distance on our walks. It's really funny. Don't worry, I take the dog out usually once she falls asleep, especially at night. :)

Reading her rhyme Bible from the Moffats. She loves it!

A miracle that we were both smiling (hard to get me to smile you know) and that it's semi-centered!

New hat and gloves!

So, she's perhaps not as excited as Daddy is about the coffee we're about to get at Peets...which, might I add, is mere blocks from our new house? We love to walk up there...too much.

Rebekah the Beautiful

For your viewing pleasure, more fun pictures of our baby girl! Oh yeah, how ridiculous that tomorrow she is 1 whole year old? I wish there were words to describe how incredible she is. God has been so good... Bekah is an outrageous sleeper. She is exactly like her dad (Me). I just like to refer to it as "active sleeping."

This is in the airport before our trip to Orlando. Bekah loves apples. And I love watching her try to eat them.

Bek doesn't try to eat everything anymore, just mostly everything. Gotta love the socks.

Bek gets her eating abilities from her mom... seriously, eat with Jane sometime and see how much food she gets on her clothes.

Pray for me these 2 weeks as I'm away from my family. I miss them already, it's only day 2.

Summer 2009-a little of this, a little of that

Our little gymnast. She's all over that toy box.
My baby is growing up! I love this picture.
What a mop! We knew she'd be doomed to have tons of hair.
If you say "ring ring" she'll put her hand or really any object to her ear.
How does she sleep like that??
This is how I found Bekah one day...just shoving them in her mouth. I finally have the cabinets child proofed. :)

Curtis in his YL camp rocker outfit. Wow, those pants are tight!
Flamingoing with the kids to raise money for camp.
More flamingoing fun. P.S. Curtis had an amazing time at YL camp this summer. EVERY one of their boys either gave their lives to Christ for the first time, or recommitted their lives. So cool.
